As it happens, I have just finished a review for the {\it Bulletin of
the American Mathematical Society} on {\it The Emperor's New Mind} by
Roger Penrose.

Nevertheless, I would be happy to write a review for {\it Reason}, but I am sure
the requirements for {\it Reason} will be different from the {\it American 
Mathematical Society} and the overlap of readership is quite small.  
However, I thought I should tell you this before agreeing.

I will not need another copy of the book, but thank you anyway
for the offer of sending me one.

For your information, I enclose a copy of the review to be published by the
{\it American Mathematical Society}.
